Return & Exchange Policy

At ArisuClothing, we want you to love what you buy! If you’re not happy with your order, here’s what you can do:

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or broken when you get it, we’re sorry! Here’s what to do:

Let Us Know: Contact us within 7 days after you get the item.
Show Us the Damage: Send us pictures of the damage so we can fix it.
Store Manager’s Decision: Our store manager will decide if the item can be exchanged or replaced.
No Refunds: We don’t offer refunds, but we’ll give you an exchange or store credit.
2. Wrong Size or Wrong Item
If you ordered the wrong size or got the wrong item by mistake, you can exchange it:

Wrong Size: If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size, as long as it’s unused and in good condition.
Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong product, we’ll send you the right one, and it won’t cost you anything.
Important: Let us know within 7 days if something is wrong with your order.

3. Want a Different Model or Style?
If you like a different style or model better, we can help you exchange your item:

Exchange Within 15 Days: You have 15 days to exchange the item for another style or model, as long as it’s unused and in good condition.
Stock Availability: If the item you want is out of stock, we can give you store credit or an exchange.
