Delivery & Returns

Once you’ve successfully completed your order and online payment through the payment gateway, you will receive a message prompt that says “Payment Response Success”, along with your order ID and details of your order history displayed on screen. Following this, you will also receive an order acknowledgement mail sent to your registered email ID.

Once you have placed your order, you can simply log in to your account and click on “My Orders” to check your order status at any time. We try and dispatch all the orders from our warehouse within two working days after which you can track your order using the docket number provided by the shipping company.

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If you place an order for an item which is not in stock, we will inform you through an email and credit your credit card within two business days of purchase.

SHIPPING

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require two working days to dispatch your order. For a more effective process, we outsource the logistics and assign a delivery timeline of the shipment based on your delivery pin code or zip code.

We have tied up with logistics partners to deliver across most locations in India and abroad.

To ensure safe delivery of all product shipments, packing is done in accordance with industry standards. All orders are shipped through the chosen courier service and sent to the shipping address provided while placing your order.

We work to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you have selected, and the said item is either not available or not in a position to be shipped (due to technical reasons), you will be notified within 2 working days of your purchase and have your order amount refunded by us.

We can only process one shipping address per order. Therefore, if you would like to order several items and ship it to across different locations, you will need to book them as separate orders.

BILLING & PAYMENT

Our website has been integrated with the payment gateways of Bill Desk, HDFC and PayPal. We accept all MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards. (An online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway.)

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (An online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway.)

Your order will be billed in the currency of your debit or credit card. All the prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees. You may view the equivalent prices in other foreign currencies, but the billing will be processed in INR. All our transactions are dealt in Indian rupees and Vssv Retail will settle your claim in INR. However, we are not liable for any foreign exchange loss or gain. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE RELATED

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns may be accepted if the items are unused, in their original condition and carry all original labels and tags. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice should be enclosed.
  • The customer intending to return the item should send an email to customercare@arihantretail.in tell us why the item(s) is being returned, before the item is returned. Vssv Retai will entertain product return only after receiving the email from the customer.
  • Please return items within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Any complaints regarding damage or stains etc. should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product(s). Vssv Retai reserves the right to ask for a digital image of the same, in order to review the complaint received.
  • Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final.
  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
  • On receiving the email confirmation from Vssv Retai for the return of the product, the customer/ recipient/ consignee should ship the products to the following address.
We will initiate the refund process within two working days, and the refund amount will be credited to the buyer’s account within five to seven working days.

You can exchange the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. Alternate items can be selected to exchange for the same amount or higher. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
